Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Namibia and South Africa.
How long does delivery take?
Orders within Namibia are typically delivered within a 1 -2 business days depending on your location. Windhoek and major towns are usually faster. Remote areas may take a little longer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Free shipping promotions are applied automatically when available.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes — once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Due to hygiene reasons, breast pumps and pump accessories that have been opened cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
My item arrived damaged or faulty — what do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@nelsbabies.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
How long do refunds take?
We are young business. We don’t process refunds. Please make sure before buying and read all product info.
Product Usage & Safety
Are your breast pumps safe to use?
Yes. All breast pumps we stock are designed to meet international safety standards. We recommend reading the included instruction manual carefully before first use. If you have any medical concerns, please consult your healthcare provider or lactation consultant.
How do I clean and sterilise my breast pump?
All parts that come into contact with breast milk should be washed with warm soapy water and sterilised after each use. Refer to your pump's instruction manual for model-specific guidance. Most parts are also compatible with standard steam sterilisers.
Are your pregnancy pillows safe during all trimesters?
Our pregnancy pillows are designed to provide safe, comfortable support throughout all stages of pregnancy. As always, consult your midwife or doctor if you have specific concerns about sleeping positions or support needs.
Do strollers require assembly?
Most strollers require minimal assembly and come with a step-by-step guide. If you need help, feel free to reach out to us and we'll walk you through it.
Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Most products carry a manufacturer's warranty — typically 12 months for electrical items such as breast pumps and baby monitors. Warranty details are included in the product packaging. Please retain your proof of purchase.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email us at info@nelsbabies.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video if possible. We will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf.
