What trimester should I start using the pillow?

You can start from any point in your pregnancy — many mamas begin in the first trimester for general comfort. Most find it most transformative from Week 16+ as the bump grows and hip pressure increases. It converts to a nursing pillow postpartum, so the value continues well beyond pregnancy.

Is the pillow cover washable?

Yes — the cover zips off fully and is machine-washable on cold. The inner fill is also spot-clean safe. We recommend having an extra cover on hand (sold separately) so you're never without your pillow while it dries.

Do you have a physical store?
