Refund Policy

We have a 7 working days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Orders

We do not process refunds, returns or exchanges on special orders. 100% payment upfront for the order to be processed. The lead time for orders is 2-8 weeks. 

 

Refunds/Exchanges/Returns

Please note that we do not process refunds, only exchanges or instore credit. Products purchased should be return within 7 working days if there was an error, fault etc, thereafter an exchange or instore credit will be processed. Products returned after 7 working days will not be accepted and no exchange or refunds will be processed. 

 

The product should be returned in its original packaging and sealed, therefore unused. A purchase reciept should accompany the return.

 

Laybys

A 10% deposit is required, and 3 months to pay apply. If a layby is cancelled, it will automatically be turned into a voucher/instore credit.

 

Refunds/Exchanges/Returns on electrical products

All electrical appliances should be returned within 6 months if discovered faulty. The fault should be related to a manufacturing error. The product will be inspected. If it is not a manufacturing error, we do not process refunds, exchanges or in store credit. We offer an exchange or a replacement if there is a manufacturing error and not a refund. 


In store Credit and Vouchers 

In store credit, vouchers and Gift cards are valid for 12 months.
