This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions that govern the shipping and delivery of products purchased from Nel’s Babies & Kiddies.
1. Domestic Shipping (Namibia Only)
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within1 –7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing and delivery may be delayed. Should there be a significant delay in the processing or shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates only and begin once the order has been dispatched. Nel’s Babies & Kiddies is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. International Shipping
International shipping timeframes typically range between 7 and 21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.
Please note:
• International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or clearance charges imposed by their country.
• Nel’s Babies & Kiddies has no control over customs processing times and cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders.
4. Shipping Damage & Faulty Items
We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty as a result of shipping, the following conditions apply:
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
• Customers are required to record a video while unboxing the parcel as proof of condition upon arrival.
• Claims submitted without supporting video evidence may be declined.
Upon verification of the claim, we will issue a replacement item. Replacement orders are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
5. Refunds Related to Shipping
We do not issue refunds for shipping-related damage or faults. Approved claims will be resolved through a replacement only, subject to inspection and verification.
6. Incorrect Delivery Details
Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Nel’s Babies & Kiddies is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
